The premium lounge made for an excellent experience, with a comfortable setting and great service. Priya was especially welcoming and attentive as its host. The rest of my stay at Pomeroy Hotel in Grande Prairie was very good too. Breakfast was a disappointment, though. There were no hot options for guests who don’t eat pork. I asked whether the kitchen could make plain scrambled eggs and was told no. I mentioned it to the receptionist, who said the menu changes daily. At a hotel of this level, accommodating a simple dietary preference shouldn’t be a major request. Despite the good service and lounge, this initially made me question whether I’d stay again. Update: After I posted this, management replied here and contacted me by email. They said they’d accommodate dietary preferences in the future, including providing suitable breakfast options on request. I appreciate them following up and addressing the issue. That responsiveness means a lot, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay, and this is our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Grand Prairie. The breakfast selection is really good, with handy grab-and-go choices for workers, and the mall is close by. Allan at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful.

I’ve spent much of my life living in hotels and traveled all over the world, but I’ve never had better hotel customer service than at this little place in GP. At 7 p.m., a woman even knocked on my door to ask if I wanted chocolate or water before she knocked off for the night. Amazing little hotel.

Rachel and her team were especially good, and I’m grateful to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and excellent service. The buffet changed each day and had a creative variety, which made a real difference during an extended stay. A very pleasant visit.

The rooms at Pomeroy hotel in Grand Prairie were very clean and well equipped during my recent stay. Breakfast was nicely done, with a great spread to start the day. We had dinner at the Office on the evening of Feb 19th. The food was very good, and although it was a little delayed, our server communicated well and handled it nicely. It was worth the wait. At checkout, the guest service agent at the front desk was helpful again, arranging transportation to the airport very early in the morning. Thanks for that. I’d stay again without hesitation.
