Elaine’s breakfasts were legendary, and I slept like a dream both nights. We stayed at Muskoka Rose for two nights in August 2019 for a family wedding nearby. Elaine and David made us feel so welcome, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much for welcoming us into your home. We’ll be back next time we head north and need a home away from home.

I work on the road and stay in different hotels and B&Bs every week, and Muskoka Rose is among the most enjoyable places I’ve been. Dave and Elaine, along with Kai the dog, are fantastic hosts, and the property and grounds are lovely. If you want a comfortable, quiet, relaxing getaway in the Muskoka's, this B&B checks all the boxes. I can’t wait to visit this spot again. I absolutely love it.

Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and they served it outside the usual hours to fit my schedule. The rooms and home are comfortable and nicely appointed, and the hosts are polite, courteous, respectful, and helpful. They clearly care about the business they run. I can’t say enough about this wonderful B&B. I’ll definitely return. If you need a place to stay in the area, The Muskoka Rose should be your first choice.

We spent two days here and had a wonderful time. David and Elaine, and their amazing dog Kai, made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic, and it was lovely to relax on the dock and enjoy the lake. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in Muskoka for a few days.

Go for the stars. They cater to different diets. There’s a great dock, swimming, and a spot to relax. It’s close to good restaurants in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge, and the Torrence site is nearby.
