Mount Logan Lodge

This place is magic! I was here for a yoga retreat, and the whole weekend felt blissfully relaxing. The people and food were incredible, with local meat and produce, much of it grown on site. The meals were on a par with a Michelin star restaurant. We had outstanding views of Mount Logan, a sauna and cold plunge pond, cozy comfortable rooms, and epic hiking nearby. Thanks for having us, you're all incredible! 10/10, can't wait to come back.

Roxanne made everyone feel at home at her beautiful lodge, and the evening meals around the dining table were a highlight. The food was divine, especially dinner, and Mio is a wonderful chef. We spent four nights there, with three days hiking and touring. Mario guided our hikes at a pace that suited us, made sure we felt safe, and took us to some memorable spots. The views were great both days. I’d backpacked in Kluane 46 years ago and was delighted to feel that soft, springy ground again. Derrick showed us the area's highlights on a road trip and knew so much about its geography, plants, wildlife, geology, and history. The lodge is built from huge logs and is lovely inside and out, with amazing views from the dining room. My husband and I had a fabulous time on the Kluane Beyond the Trails hiking adventure. It’s a great way to see the Yukon’s beauty and wilderness by day and come back to comfortable accommodation at night. We highly recommend it.

The meals are a real draw here. Dinner and breakfast were both superb, shared with other guests in a welcoming dining room overlooking the Kluane range. It’s a comfortable, quiet spot near the highway and close to town, and the best lodging we found in Haines Junction. Roxanne runs this small, delightful lodge with a dedicated, friendly team. Rooms come in several sizes, from a spacious upstairs suite to very nice standard rooms, plus a yurt and a wood-heated cabin. English and French are spoken.

After a long day hiking, getting to use the sauna was amazing. But the resident dog, Logan, was our favorite part. He stole our hearts. We had a wonderful Kluane getaway, with a huge room and beautiful views. The Mount Logan suite is a must. Breakfast and dinner were both gourmet meals made with fresh farm-to-table ingredients, and the whole place felt warm, comfortable, and attentive. Roxanne, Mio, Mario, and the rest of the team were such a pleasure to meet, and booking was handled with care. A uniquely Yukon experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it for any kind of getaway.
