Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Mississauga

I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Courtney Park location several times and have been impressed on every visit. The welcoming front desk staff and good service keep me coming back. The rates include parking and breakfast, which is a nice deal compared with some downtown Toronto locations that charge for both. It’s also convenient for the airport and major highways, with several great restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.

Jai at reception made a stressful flight delay much easier. He was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive, and even arranged a three-hour extension so we could manage our later flight. We really appreciated that. The management and rest of the staff were warm and supportive throughout, and the sunrise and sunset views from the hotel were a lovely extra. We stayed for two days, and the whole experience was delightful. I’d highly recommend the hotel for its customer service.

The staff made the stay especially comfortable, with Cassandra being particularly quick and friendly. Our room was clean, and restaurants nearby were an easy walk. Had an absolutely excellent stay.

Suhkmeen was wonderful from the first phone call through our arrival. We needed an early room after our wedding venue changed its plans and wouldn’t let us get ready, change, or leave our things there. She couldn’t promise anything on the phone, but said she’d do her best. By the time we arrived, she’d found us an available room early, giving us our own space and enough time to get ready and reach the venue on time. She was helpful, kind, polite, and communicative throughout. The hotel itself was peaceful, with friendly staff, clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and a good included breakfast. The pool was nice, but cold. We booked because the wedding was nearby and we didn’t want to drive home for over two hours without properly enjoying the festivities. I’d stay again after this fantastic experience.
