Jade was lovely, professional, and attentive, and the breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We spent two nights in a beautiful home with spacious rooms and everything we could need. The location was great too, just a short walk over the bridge into downtown Fredericton. I really can't say enough good things and highly recommend it. If you're a light sleeper in the upper room, bring earplugs since it's next to a busy street.

The breakfasts were amazing, and I felt really comfortable sleeping there. It's a cozy place to relax and get a good night's rest. My room was nice and clean too. I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

The food was perfect, and we'd stay again without hesitation. Cindy's a fantastic host who knows the province well, and we gladly followed her recommendations. The house was immaculate, with lovely decor, and felt like the quintessential New Brunswick home. The water is just a stone's throw from the front, and a great footbridge leads right into downtown Fredericton. We drove past the driveway the first time, but once we found it, we couldn't have been happier. Places like this make me wonder why anyone would choose a brand-name hotel.

Cindy made us a delicious breakfast that went well beyond what we expected. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and parking was included. The inn is within walking distance of downtown if you're up for the walk. I'd absolutely recommend it and stay again.
