I've worked in plenty of kitchens around Fredericton and eaten at just about every kind of place, from fast food and dive bars to pubs and family dining. The food at STMR.36 inside the delta is the best I've had in the capital city, and it has never let my fiance and me down. The quality has been consistent every time we've been there. Some menu items cost more, but there's something for different tastes and budgets. The brisket is top notch, and the chefs bad ass burger is a bey buster. Servers treat you well, have a good sense of humor, and don't leave you waiting for attention. Parking is free while you're eating, just give the host your plate number. The delta has impressed me every time. Thanks, delta Fredericton. The ellis-paul family will definitely be back. If you haven't been, I'd recommend trying a meal there. It's become one of our favorites.

For our 18th anniversary, we booked a room at Delta Fredericton, and Tara at the front desk made the night unforgettable by surprising us with the Royal Suite. She was incredibly thoughtful and went well beyond what we'd expected. We keep coming back because the hotel consistently looks after us with genuine warmth. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and every stay feels personal and makes us happy. Thank you to Tara and the whole Delta Fredericton team for making such lasting memories. We'll be back for sure.

It was a busy place, with a large conference area and ballroom full of events while I was there. Lots of people were arriving the day I left, so I assume it's good for families too. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The lobby restaurant was good, though my fries weren't hot. The service was attentive and very friendly. The bartenders were super nice, the drinks were good, and the smoking machines seemed popular.

We had a really nice stay, with no issues. The room was great and had a lovely river view. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and very good food. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, professional and accommodating. They kindly put us on “the quiet floor,” which was a godsend. When we casually mentioned the rude dog to a cleaner, she discreetly passed our complaint to the admin, who kindly apologized. That's great staff. Even so, we could hear every word from the big talker next door, and a dog was yapping in a nearby room. Hard to believe at a $400-a-night hotel. We also got a parking ticket that the hotel then had to erase. Why not register each guest's licence plate when they arrive? The hotel is away from downtown by the river. It was extremely busy with grads, reunions and conferences, and the parking lot was packed. The cramped lobby doubles or triples as reception and pub, so check-in staff and arriving guests can barely hear each other.
