Comfort Hotel Bayer's Lake

After a long day of travel, the comfortable beds, lovely setting, and complimentary breakfast with thoughtful, good quality choices were much appreciated. The staff were kind, professional, and personable throughout. They helped us with accommodations for large vehicles and brought extra things we needed. A great experience from beginning to end, and I’d recommend it.

Jess, Charmaine, Inder and Mary Jane were especially welcoming and polite. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Breakfast was delicious too. The location works well if you’d rather stay a little outside the city.

The pool was pleasantly warm, and there’s a sauna too. We enjoyed the plentiful full hot breakfast, with thanks to Charmaine and the team for their service. Sheila and Maria were friendly and helpful when we checked in and out. They really make Comfort Hotel Bayer's Lake feel warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 10 days and are already looking forward to coming back. After weather delayed our arrival by seven hours and we missed our connection, Sheila greeted us with such a warm smile. Our room was lovely, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Charmaine kept the breakfast spread full no matter when we came down. There was so much hot, fresh food to choose from that we didn’t need lunch, and we already miss chatting with her. The breakfast area stayed open in the evening too, so we could get coffee or juice, refill a water bottle, or talk with friends we’d made. Everyone was accommodating and friendly, always saying hello. One evening, General Manager Nympa left delicious cheesecake in our fridge, such a treat at the end of the day. The hotel is close to lots of places we wanted to go, and the connected sister hotel has a restaurant with great choices that you can reach through the hallways. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Comfort Hotel at Bayer’s Lake.
