Our stay ended up being longer than planned, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Claudine was especially good to us. The rooms were clean and a good size, breakfast was available every morning, and the underground parking was easy to access. There was also great room service, a gym, and laundry downstairs. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

We were dealing with a family member in the hospital, and Muna at the front desk helped make our stay as easy as possible. Her kindness, knowledge, and gentle manner meant a lot. The other staff were very good too. The bright, comfortable room was very clean, and the location worked well, with lots of restaurants nearby.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and had the basic things you need, plus I especially liked that each bed had lots of pillows.

The team were very helpful and the hotel was clean. We’re travelling from Vancouver, and this has been our best hotel so far. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on the trip, tasted great, and offered a good range of food. It’s pet friendly too.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the front desk staff very nice. The main disappointment was the really low water pressure. I was also surprised when the desk said they don’t take cash. Cash is legal tender and shouldn’t be refused, but they said they’d make an exception and accepted it after all.
