Great location, with some nice restaurants downstairs and convenience and grocery stores open nearby. It’s also not far by car or Uber from downtown. Everyone I spoke with was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond. The room looked just like the photos, with big windows, nice decor, lots of space, and a balcony in the deluxe room. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, plus coffee pods and cream. There was a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. Heating was adjustable and fast, the smart TV had fast internet, and the living room speaker was perfect for New Year’s Eve. I haven’t had such a pleasant stay in a long time. 10/10!

We had to book at the last minute after an accident at our house meant urgent repairs, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let us check in early and gave us an extra underground parking spot. Amal was especially helpful and responsive when I had some trouble getting into the garage. We felt very safe with the security measures, and the Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable. The suite was spotless, spacious, and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. When we didn’t feel like cooking one night, having Plank Restobar right downstairs was so convenient. We also loved being able to bring our dog, and really enjoyed the view. Can’t wait to come back in summer and try a suite with a balcony.

For a very reasonable price, we got a bright, airy downtown living space instead of the small, stuffy hotel room we expected. The 'room' was actually a full one bedroom apartment, with a clean, well equipped modern kitchen, huge windows, high ceilings, a massive balcony, and stylish but casual decor. The neighbourhood was lively, with people heading to the many restaurants, bars, and cafés. Even with the street noise, our apartment was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We wanted to walk to everything we had planned, so the downtown location was ideal for our overnight staycation. Contactless service took a little getting used to, but I texted with a question and got help right away. No complaints. We loved it and will visit again.

We’d definitely stay again and recommend it. The room was great, and we were really grateful that Amal let us check in before 4 PM. After a long day of travel, we needed the rest. The suite is spacious for two, and the building feels very secure. It’s centrally located in Hamilton and easy to get around by car. The full kitchen was nice to have, though it was missing basics like oil, which wasn’t practical to buy for a short trip. We also couldn’t figure out the dryer. We’ve both used plenty of dryers, but whatever setting we picked left our clothes wet. Instructions would help.
