Radisson Hotel Kingswood Hotel Fredericton, NB

Yasmin was amazing with the event planning and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The hotel staff were attentive, and the cooks handled our dietary restrictions. We had my work Christmas party in the ballroom, and the space worked perfectly for our 110 attendees. The food was incredible and we had such a great time. I'm glad we chose the Radisson, and if I'm on next year's party planning committee, I'll recommend booking there again.

I’ve never had such a bad experience trying to book a hotel. While checking online, I called three times in about ten minutes. The three third-party agents gave me three different prices: 209, 254, and 224. When I finally booked at 224, the agent said it was 234, and I had to remind him that he had first quoted 234. I understand dynamic pricing, but this is nuts and makes it seem like they don't care about customers.

The bathroom was the main issue for me. I like privacy, and its sliding barn door had no lock. Sound protection was minimal, so anyone outside could hear what was going on inside. The room itself had high ceilings and really comfy beds, and the building was very clean. Staff were nice, too. The gym is small but has the essentials: dumbbells up to 50 pounds, a leg machine for different exercises, shoulder and chest presses, and a bench, though no bar. It was handy for fitting in a workout on a long trip. We didn't use the backyard pond or fire pit, or buy meals at the hotel. The hotel was great for our short stay.

It’s handy being near the highway and a gas station. My room was clean, though some minor maintenance could make it nicer. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, which seemed strange, and my friend had the same issue. The pillows were awful, and the towels weren't soft. Breakfast costs extra, but you can buy it in the lobby.
