We found toenails or fingernails in our bed. Oddly enough, our coworker found the same thing in his bed. Update: My husband had to stay here again for a job because there weren't any other options. His $700 glasses were stolen, and the desk staff weren't on his side or professional in their customer service.

We're a family of four and had a lovely stay. The rooms have air conditioning, and June, the manager, was fabulous and really helpful. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

The king beds are amazing, and with kitchens in every room, this is the best hotel option for someone working in Hardisty. The two downsides are that the outside doors often don't work with the cards, and bugs can get in from outside because the hotel is so close to the lake. The staff are great at helping with both.

The man handling check-ins last night was phenomenal with customer service. He was personable, informative, and compassionate about my circumstances, and did everything he could to get my family and me into a room quickly. Thank you, Chris, for your patience. The woman who came on shift just as I checked out was just as friendly. This was one of my best hotel experiences, and I'll definitely stay there again.
