After finishing the Cabot Trail, my girlfriend and I needed a place for the night. We’d come from Ontario, and our Airbnb booking, which cost more and offered less, had been cancelled. This place was clean and felt like money well spent at $140. The downside was hearing people outside and loud cars passing by. Still, we thought it was amazing.

The view was stunning, and the rooms were spotless. George, the owner, made us feel so welcome, and we loved hearing about the fascinating history of the place. We absolutely loved staying here. Thanks for everything, we’d highly recommend it!

The inside has just been redone and feels brand new. Friendly atmosphere, clean room, and a super comfortable bed. I’d stay here again!

The small restaurant served delicious food, and my tea came hot, just how I like it. My husband and I were impressed with the motel, and we’d stay again. The room was clean and had a king-size bed. The pillows were too soft for me: there were four, but two still weren’t enough.

We stayed in room 10 at The Harbourview and would come back. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and TV. The water pressure came and went, though there was plenty of hot water. The spot is handy for the wharf and walking path, and there’s a railroad nearby with regular runs to the power station. Parking could be tricky if the motel were full, but it wasn’t during our stay.
