We booked two nights four months ahead, but ended up booking somewhere else for the second night. For unit 247, it seems you can't choose the unit when booking. The host was completely unresponsive. Bring your own clean sheets, blankets, and towels, and don't count on working AC or a washing machine. There was only one very small shower for all five of us. We arrived around 4:30, though check-in was at 4, and the cleaner was still working. We couldn't get inside until 4:50. The cleaning spray smell was unbearable, so we left the doors and windows open for about 30 minutes to get some fresh air. The delay affected our plans. Upstairs, one bedroom's sheets had body hair and shoe prints. We suspected the lone cleaner hadn't changed them. We messaged the host through the booking site to ask for clean sheets and explain the check-in problem. The site said we'd hear back within half an hour, but we got no reply by midnight. There are two bathrooms, but the second-floor one only has a bathtub, and we couldn't get its shower to work. That left five people sharing one tiny shower in the other bathroom. The washing machine was also broken, so we couldn't wash the sheets ourselves. The AC only had a heat setting, no cooling. It was 29 Celsius at first and still 26 Celsius after we opened every window. One of us had to use the sofa bed, but its sheet was filthy and looked unchanged. We put it away to make room, so I didn't take a photo. In the end, we used our own shower towels as sheets and blankets, and a disposable towel over the pillow. A miserable stay.
