We asked about noisy guests upstairs, and the staff handled it very quickly. They were pleasant, too. The place was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with bedding and linens that felt new. It could use a few more amenities, like a coffee maker and microwave.

We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere because the man serving coffee was so unwelcoming, frustrated, and unfriendly. He wouldn't let us add milk ourselves in case we spilled some on the counter. The staff seemed overwhelmed and exhausted, though relatively nice otherwise. The hotel was fairly clean and convenient for leaving the car for a few days. There's no coffee machine in the room, and apparently you can't bring one over from the breakfast area.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work well and the internet barely worked, if at all. There was no coffee maker. Breakfast is free if you book through an outside online travel service, but you have to pay for it when booking directly.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the wifi was so slow it was unusable. The TV was unwatchable too, since the streaming service seems to rely on that wifi. Check-in took a while, even though I had a reservation.

I slept well, and the rate wasn't outrageous. The accommodations were clean and utilitarian, though a little TLC would be appropriate. Some amenities people may consider necessary, like air conditioning, may be missing.
