Hitching Post Motel

My belongings were taken, including my laptop, chains, wedding ring, headphones, underwear, and many other things. The next day, my friend’s things were stolen too, and then another friend’s belongings went missing the day after that. We had to check out at midnight. No doors or windows were broken; they were opened with keys, and the same people were still staying at the hotel. Tell everyone not to consider staying here.

There was a grimy film on just about everything, from the carpet and bathroom to the table and even the stained chair. The fridge was nasty, and only one bathroom bulb worked. I also found blood remains on one of the beds. When we arrived, the beds looked slept in, the room smelled bad, and there was what looked like piss under the sheets. The worker peeking at us as we entered the room made me feel uneasy. Nothing felt clean or safe. I can’t explain how bad the stay was, please think twice before booking.

We came with my family, but the stained sheets, which looked like they had blood on them, were disgusting and unsettling. The room had a bad smell, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. We won’t stay here again.

The breakfast was included, with lots of choices, and I’ll definitely come back to visit my nephew and plan some winter fishing. I was in the Saskatoon area to see him as he starts his career as a pilot. Mr Warren, who I believe owns the place, was very kind the next day and offered to send me information about things happening around town. I already know Warren, and he said he’d send those details. The receptionist had also made us feel very welcome when we arrived the night before. She was a kind young woman who told us to call if we needed anything and she’d get it for us.
