The facility itself was beautiful, and check-in went great. My room was spacious and looked clean, and the pool and hot tub area was lovely. The breakfast setup was the part that put me off. There were lots of supplies missing, and nothing was where you’d naturally expect it. Chairs were still stacked on tables for guests to take down, while staff were forking up breakfast at 10:08. I wouldn’t call that kid friendly for families with little ones. My kids are 2 and 4, and pulling down a heavy chair themselves could be a problem. The fruit was in a bowl sitting in a sink with ice, which just seemed off. Meh. Maybe I’d stay again, but probably not. There are other hotels in north Battleford. It’s a shame, because the place itself was beautiful.

The rooms are great, and the cleaning staff are AMAZING. The front desk is good when a man answers the phone. With the women, I feel like I owe them, like being there is a privilege. The service really depends on who picks up.

I was in town for the Pow Wow hosted by the Good Eagle Casino and thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay. The front desk service was great, and it was nice and quiet. Yvette from housekeeping made my day, what a wonderful person and excellent customer service. They’re there to help with anything you need. I’d 100% stay again.

We booked three rooms for our family reunion, and they put us all on the same floor. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and the pool and hot tubs were a bonus.
