We had a peaceful rest in a lovely room, and Colette was very accommodating. The service was great, and the outdoor area was very neat.

The staff are amazing, and I feel like I've found a place I can call home for the next few years. They offer weekly and monthly rates that are cheaper than the average apartment rent in hope. The onsite manager, who is a mother, helped me settle in when I arrived in the middle of a snowstorm with only a file box and suitcase, since my belongings were in storage. She gave me a cup, a couple of plates, a bowl, and cutlery. One morning my door froze shut, and the pregnant landlord came to help, using a hammer to knock the door handle off so I could get out. The units do need some work, but the people here have been absolutely amazing.

I found several bed bugs on the sheets, and even one on the tablecloth. I couldn't sleep, so I sat in a chair until sunrise. I got bites on my legs, neck, and arms, and was terrified of bringing the bugs home.

A German cockroach ran across the nightstand and landed on our dog. We couldn't tell where it went, and got out as fast as we could. We'd already brought five boxes of gifts in from the car, some with food, so we worried the cockroaches might have got inside or laid eggs. The manager knew about bugs but didn't tell us until we asked. The owner refused our refund request, and the manager wouldn't give us the owner's name or number. We had to throw away our dog's bed and blanket, disinfect all our clothes, and rewrap the gifts. Our family understood, but we stayed on high alert in case a bug had made it into their house. The car sat unusable in the driveway for several days while we put traps in it and hoped colder weather would kill them. It was a stressful nightmare, and this motel should be shut down and heavily fumigated, or just shut down. Our Christmas trip was ruined. On arrival, there was no security because the deadbolt was broken, the TV remote was missing and the manager said it had been stolen, and the shower didn't work. The manager wasn't there when we tried to check in. Things only got worse after that. We asked to speak to the owner, but the manager wouldn't give us their contact details.
