Hope Inn and Suites

The staff stood out: they were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making everything feel smooth and enjoyable. The property was quiet and well maintained, and the room was pleasantly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to unwind after a long day, and the stay was great value for the price.

My wife and I stayed in Room 201 for two nights, and we'd come back if we need a room in Hope. Hope Inn and Suites was about as close to perfect as we could want, and I have no hesitation recommending it. The room was clean, beautiful, cozy, and reasonably priced at $97.50. In these days of inflation, that seems very reasonable. The bed was comfortable, and the heavy rain pounding on the roof made a soothing background. The bathroom was clean and modern, and I had a wonderful shower and a long soak in the CLEAN tub. Larger soap bars and bottled shampoo instead of tearable packets would have been nice, but those were no deal breakers. Narinder at the front desk was polite and kindly put us in an inside room, which we really appreciated. We were there during some of the heaviest rain we'd seen since 2021, when highways were getting washed out. On a separate note, about reviews complaining about flickering lights inside the building: those lights are controlled by MOTION DETECTION. Any ten-year-old knows this, but some adults seem unable to grasp it. In their ignorance they complain. SMH! Some people seem to feel the need to show their stupidity to the world. The people running the motel probably can't say it, but I will, because a business shouldn't suffer from bad reviews written by stupid people, IMHO. There's a Korean restaurant right next door, now called Korean Kitchen, previously Hope Sushi. I see that as an upgrade, since small-town sushi places are overly ubiquitous and typically make lousy sushi. The menu is very limited right now, but the staff are awesome and the food is consistently very high quality. It's one of our favorite haunts. Great to have right next door!

The receptionist was courteous and welcoming, and took care of everything efficiently. Our room was cozy, spotless, and very well kept. Both the service and the room made for a great stay.

There's a pub across the street and an Asian restaurant right next door, and the hotel went above and beyond. Hope may be a small town, but I was treated like I was at The Four Season's. They matched any online price I found, and the staff even helped me with my daughter, who's in a wheelchair. The people here are so good. I can't say enough.
