The rooms are older, but they were very clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. It’s a typical motel, so I didn’t understand all the complaints. I liked having a proper coffee pot and great wi-fi, and they were quite happy to let our dog stay. There were lots of places to walk her, too.

The pizza shop in the parking lot was the clear winner of this stop. If you have to stay in Houston, this place will do, but I wouldn’t be so bothered by the room and its smell if it weren’t so expensive. In any other city, I’d say it was worth $59.99 at most. The secondary lock gave a comforting impression, though I’m putting a lot of faith in one screw in the wall. Somehow, I trust that screw more than I trust that nobody’s body has been found in this room before.

We arrived later than planned, and the staff were absolutely accommodating. The parking is secured, and the place was very clean. Just keep in mind it’s an inn, so the quality fits the fee and the kind of place it is. We had a good experience for an inn.

We were glad we called ahead, since the place was fully booked with construction crews in the area. The front desk guy was helpful and checked us in around midnight. The rooms are basic and a little dated, but management seems to be gradually modernizing them. The new full-size shower and updated bathroom were terrific, while the rest of the room still had older furniture. Good value overall.

My daughter and I felt very cared for during our stay. The motel was kid-friendly, great value, and had a really nice environment. The staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and an awesome vacation.
