We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and they seem to have been updated recently. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a trip to the Muskoka area.

Joseph made my stay smooth and genuinely enjoyable. He was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, paid attention to the details, and made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. He answered questions, offered useful recommendations, and checked in to see how things were going, always with a warm smile and positive attitude. His commitment to making guests feel valued really stood out. He’s a real asset to the staff, and I’d gladly return for that kind of service.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows to choose from. Staff were friendly, stores were nearby, and they quickly sorted out our concerns, including getting more face cloths and fixing the bill.

The hotel had recently been renovated and looked fantastic, and it was extremely clean. We enjoyed the clean indoor pool, and the free breakfast was a bonus. Tammy greeted us at the front desk and made check-in easy and stress-free with her kindness. Everyone we met was friendly and made it clear they cared about whether we were enjoying our stay. The location was ideal, too, just a five-minute drive to downtown and lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. My husband and I had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it.
