The breakfasts were AMAZING, and Joanne and Chris gave us recommendations that were spot on. They’re such generous, kind, creative innkeepers. Bayview Pines Country Inn is one of Mahone Bay’s crown jewels, in a beautiful spot with views that will knock you out. The rooms are charming too. You won’t be disappointed!

From our balcony, we could watch deer and listen to barred owls. We’ve stayed in plenty of BnBs over the decades, and this is one of the best, with a beautiful view of the bay. Joanna and Chris are delightful, and their traditional breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are well appointed, with extras like blankets and towels, plus shared coffee, tea, creamers, a fridge, kettle, and microwave. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had a king sized bed, plenty of room on the grounds, and wonderful breakfasts. The location is away from busy Lunenburg and Mahone Bay, but both are close enough to reach easily. Highly recommend.

We loved the barn suite, especially its beautiful floors. The accommodations were warm and cozy, with artistic touches, and the hosts were so gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and nicely presented in a sunny room. What a treasure to find. If you can get a room here, you’ll be blessed!

We spent time by the water with a glass of wine, which felt decadent. The B&B overlooks Indian Point, and Joanna and Chris were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, and felt like home. Breakfast was excellent every day. It was a lovely experience, and we’ll definitely go back.
