I stay here every month for work and they treat me like family. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, and Jocelyn in the breakfast room is so kind and personable. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable, and the pool is wonderful. My only wish is for hot chocolate Keurigs in the rooms. I do love the free homemade chocolate chip cookies at the Front Desk in the evening.

We spent our wedding night in a King Suite. I left a short note on the booking form asking if they could add something small to make it feel special, and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was here for a week of work training and was glad they had laundry service. The people were kind and helpful, and breakfast is free from 6 to 10 am. It’s pretty good, especially the make-your-own pancakes. My only complaint is the TVs. Their size is fine, but they aren’t smart TVs, so for a longer stay like mine, I’d recommend bringing a Roku or Firestick.

The casino is a short walk away, and we actually won over $1,000 there, which was fun. The hotel was quiet, with no rowdy guests in the halls and no weed smell. Our recently renovated kitchenette suite on the third floor was very clean, nicely appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The staff we met were all pleasant, helpful, and friendly. There were no unpleasant chemical smells in the room or on the bedding. It was expensive compared with similar suites we’ve stayed in other cities, though the price is competitive for Yorkton. Hotel prices in this small Prairie city are high. The kitchenette wasn’t well stocked, which was neither helpful nor appreciated. It had just a frying pan and a few other items. Maybe they’re worried about theft, but it should have more, or they could take a deposit and use a checklist. Breakfast wasn’t great, even for free. There was no brewed decaf and very few appealing options. The eggs were cold and the hash browns dried out. It also wasn’t very walkable, especially in the extremely cold winter weather while we were there, and there were no convenience stores nearby. I’d stay again, but probably wouldn’t pay extra for a kitchenette we didn’t end up using.
