We only needed the room for work, about eight hours at most, so I didn't get to try the pool. It looked like it would've been fun, though. The room was clean, and the staff were really friendly. The shower shelf held my beer perfectly. I assume it's meant for shampoo or something.

It was quiet in the room and the temperature was comfortable. The TV worked, though the picture was low-res and most channels came through snowy. The room itself was clean and well kept, and the desk staff were friendly at both check-in and check-out. In the bathroom, the fixtures felt outdated, and the wall-mounted soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and looked long unused. They did provide one small bottle each of shampoo and conditioner, but two guests had to share them.

The breakfast was horrible, so if food is one of the reasons you're considering the Ramada, I'd pick somewhere else. Beyond that, it's not a bad place. The beds are made up nicely when you arrive and I slept well. It's usually quiet, and they offer daily room service. For what you pay, there are better options, but this place is decent overall.

We were in town with my son for a wake and funeral, staying on Jan 17th, 2018. After waking in the night to bites on our arms, we believed there were bed bugs in room 234. At breakfast, more than ten of us attending the same funeral wanted to sit together in the large cloth booth instead of at the tables. The manager, Kimberly, told us to move so her “Coffee Club” could use it. We all thought that was rude and disrespectful, and she didn't believe we had bites. We left in a panic to wash and dry our belongings after leaving the hotel. I would post photos of the bites if I could. I'm taking the complaint above Kimberly to corporate, and I don't recommend staying here.

The rooms are a little dated, but they're mostly clean and comfortable, and the hotel is a decent, inexpensive place to stay. The ongoing issue is the free Wi-Fi. It's often slow or patchy, and sometimes doesn't work at all. The front desk staff have tried repeatedly to get it fixed, but it still cuts out without warning when I'm browsing or trying to watch Netflix. Other than that, it's a good place to stay.
