Frobisher Inn

After a day at -30°, even the thin-looking wall between rooms didn't bother me much, though the rooms could be quieter. They’re large and well equipped, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The Frobisher Inn is a really good place to stay. Breakfast is served only on weekdays, and the restaurant closes by 9PM at the latest. The food is tasty, and you can also get a drink and catch the animations at the Storehouse bar in the hotel. It's near the church and about 15minutes on foot from the NorthMart or the bay.

The main drawback was the noise. I could hear the neighbours above me, especially in the evening, almost as if someone were skipping right over my head. Maybe a cork layer or gym-style flooring could help cut it down. Aside from that, I had a positive stay at Frobisher Inn. The rooms are comfortable and have what you need, and the hotel is being renovated, so it should have a fresh, updated design. The location is handy for the supermarket and airport, with lots of businesses in the building: a restaurant and bar, gym access for hotel guests, beauty salon, mobile store, and post office. There are also vending machines, an ATM, billiards, and board games in the bar. The restaurant food was good and fairly priced. Just remember, this is Iqaluit, where prices are higher than elsewhere, since most goods come in by plane.

Having the bar, dining room, and movie theatre all under the same roof was super convenient. My room at the Frobisher Inn in Iqaluit was clean, and I had a really good stay. Ismail helped with my luggage and gave great service. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Getting around from the Frobisher Inn was easy because of its location, and the room was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were outstanding, which made for an exceptional stay.
