The Crimson Jasper

We had a beautiful, special white Christmas at the Crimson 💕. The restaurant dinner was delicious, and it was an easy walk from the hotel. The room was so good, especially the washable duvet with three sides tucked in. Those too-small sheets that come loose ten seconds after you get into bed drive me nuts, so this was a real plus! Reception were kind and incredibly helpful, and a big thank you to Grace for being so accommodating with our changes. I really can't fault the service.

The location worked well for us, about 30 minutes from Marmot Basin ski area, and the restaurant downstairs was a lovely bonus. The food was delicious and nicely presented. I’d happily stay at The Crimson in Jasper again, and would recommend it for a comfortable visit. Our kitchen suite was clean and modern, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly throughout. Housekeeping quickly brought extra towels and pillows and offered more help. The maintenance technician was helpful too. From our balcony we had a side view, but could still see the mountains. The train goes past in front of the hotel. It didn't bother us, and earplugs are provided for guests who are more sensitive to the noise. The main downside was parking, which seemed limited around the hotel on busy days or in high season. For a family of four, a little more room than the kitchen suite would also have been nice.

Pam made our girls trip with my two daughters even more enjoyable 😁. We also had a great time in the Hot Tub, and the Terra Benedict at Terra Restaurant was on point. The rooms were spacious and had a Balcony.

After a long trip on a freezing day, I discovered I'd booked the wrong date. The staff couldn't find my reservation, but saw how exhausted I was and gave me a room right away while they sorted it out. The no-show fee had already been charged to my card. Management refunded it in full, kept the room at my original price, and even upgraded me without charging extra. Everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful the whole time. When something goes wrong, that kind of service really stands out and makes me want to return. Highly recommend.
