The owners really made our stay. They were both so kind and attentive, and when a small issue came up, they went out of their way to sort it out for everyone. The place is well situated too, just a 3-5 minute drive from Bridal Veil Waterfall, the LCBO, a gas station, coffee shop, farmers market and other spots. Our cabin was clean and well organized, with heating and a fan, plus a fire pit and barbecue. Four cabins are right by the lake. This was the best resort we could find on Manitoulin Island, and we’d highly recommend it for families. Thanks for everything.

We’ve been coming here for almost 5-6 years, and the owners and staff keep making the stay special. They’re welcoming and helpful, especially Shawn. The cabins are spaced out, most if not all have a fire pit, and the clear water and fishing are great. We also love the stargazing. It’s a really nice family place to slow down and relax.

There’s plenty of room for kids to play, and some play equipment too. The cabins sit close to the water and come in different sizes, so there’s an option for different needs. Shan was friendly and helpful, and we had a fantastic time at this quiet spot. We’ll definitely come back.

We went in summer 2020, needing a break from being stuck at home during COVID, and found it really relaxing. There are canoes and life jackets from the owner, which made staying here fun. We also set up a tent to watch the stars, and the sky was so clear. I’m really longing to return to Lakeview Resort, and definitely would.

We’ve been returning to this Resort for 15 years, and management has always been helpful and provided great service. Our recent family visit was happy and comfortable, and the cottages were clean, renovated, and looked great. We recommended it to a friend, who’s now visiting for the third year in a row and bringing more people along.
