Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Kamloops

The room was quiet, comfortable, and had what we needed, and the price felt like good value. We also found the staff warm and professional, always ready to help. The location was ideal. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

We’ll definitely tell our friends about this place. The location was really nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. One of the best places I’ve stayed!

The sheets were stained, and the room was very dirty. There wasn’t a comforter, just a thin blanket. When I went to get my $50 back, they kept it for stains that were already there. I learned to take pictures before and after.

When I raised the problems at the front desk, they brushed me off, and management eventually refused a refund. I checked out right away and booked somewhere else in Kamloops. Outside the room, people were actively using drugs and lying on the ground in front of a damaged minivan. I’d booked a king suite but got two queen beds. The room was filthy and unpleasant, with no light in the main area. The bathroom tub tap was coming out of the wall, and the sink tap sprayed water outside the sink. The hotel’s name really didn’t match the experience. I’m usually not one to complain, but stay anywhere else in Kamloops.
