Jashan, Mohit and Ash were fantastic at the bar, and Tim was attentive at the restaurant even when it got busy. Rishi kept checking that everything was going well. The lobby restaurant food was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. My room was comfortable, and having the Pantry on the fifth floor was handy. Check-in went smoothly, including a last-minute reservation adjustment the staff managed for me. A wonderful stay, I’d recommend it.

The rooftop heated pool and hot tub were a highlight, and Cordo grab and go in the lobby made it easy to pick up a specialty coffee. Our room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, and the staff were kind and helpful. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Kamloops, and we’ll be back.

That outdoor heated pool and hot tub were just what I needed for a relaxing evening. The bed was roomy and comfy, with lots of big pillows. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the location is central. Late checkout may be available depending on availability. Exhausted mama, grateful for the downtime 🙂

We’re making this Delta our stop whenever we travel to Calgary. The GM clearly cares about the hotel and supports her team in giving guests a warm welcome. We felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time. At dinner, we ordered from the full Cordo restaurant and bar menu in the bar. The antipasto charcuterie board was delicious and far more than we could finish. I loved the house-made gluten-free crackers enough to ask the Chef for the recipe at breakfast. Nate was friendly, asked about our trip, and checked in regularly. Breakfast the next morning was just as good, and Aiya wished us a safe drive and offered bottled water for the road. We were returning to Vancouver Island after visiting family in Calgary, and this was an overnight stop. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels along the way, but hadn’t had this level of comfort or hospitality before. Prerna greeted us warmly during a busy check-in, explained the hotel amenities and room, and quickly sorted out our trouble connecting to the Delta’s wi-fi without making us feel foolish. The lobby, adjoining bar and restaurant, and our room were all impeccably clean. The bed felt like a “bed from Heaven,” with comfortable, ironed bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels and a properly hot shower with full pressure. Highly recommend staying here.
