Rayan at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, always smiling, and even arranged a late checkout for us. We really appreciated that. The washroom’s warm water was mostly coming out cold, which was a small issue, but everything else was amazing. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Jay at the front desk gave me the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel anywhere in Canada. He was fantastic, very polite, explained everything clearly, and paid close attention to what we needed. I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely be back.

Room 116 at the Quality Inn was a pleasant one-night stop on my road trip, and I’d gladly stay again on a future trip. The hotel is older, with dated rooms, but that didn’t get in the way of a comfortable night. The bed was firm and exceptionally comfortable, and the soft pillows gave good support. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with check-in and anything I needed. The facilities aren’t modern, but the comfort and service were better than I expected from a budget-friendly hotel.

Jay and his team deserve a special thank you. They found a ring we’d lost at the hotel three weeks earlier, searched the room, and promptly couriered it back to us. Check-in was quick, the beds were comfortable, the rooms well appointed, and breakfast was very satisfactory. We had a very good stay and plan to choose the Quality Inn again when we’re in Kamloops.

The pricing felt fair for what you get, and the linens and mattresses were very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. I was disappointed that the advertised “views” turned out to be construction sites or larger hotels blocking the view. The rooms are showing wear and could use renovation or at least a cosmetic refresh.
