The room is clean and a very fair price, and the hotel staff are friendly. I’m staying here now and am happy with the room, but I’ll definitely eat and drink elsewhere. At the lounge, a half sandwich and soup combo was $12.89, with bland chicken salad and canned soup that had a couple drops of margarine in it. The “Ultimate” grilled cheese was bland and not ultimate at all at $15.89. Swapping fries for a small house salad, just bagged greens and a few tomatoes, cost another $8. The portions and quality were below average. Those items came to $36.78 before tax and tip. I’ve never felt so ripped off in a restaurant. The waitress said they’d cut their hours because they weren’t getting customers, and I can see why.

Both beds had quite a few hairs on them when we arrived, so we switched rooms. In the replacement room, one bed’s sheet had blood stains, and I ended up sharing the other bed with my adult daughter. The rooms were dirty, dirty, and housekeeping is slacking badly. When I raised the issue, nobody offered a discount or anything comparable, which would have been the least they could do to show they valued our business. Cleanliness and giving guests what they paid for should be basic priorities in hospitality. Gross. I’ll never stay at another Ramada by Wyndham.

The breakfast was very good and the location convenient. We had a great stay at Ramada Kamploops, with excellent service from Lavan at the front office. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended!

I found this hotel on Booking.com and was pleasantly surprised. They let me check in at noon, which was very accommodating, and the room was quiet. Breakfast had a wonderful atmosphere and the mood was relaxed. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. It’s an economical, comfortable place with a great atmosphere and little surprises, including a restaurant and a sky bar for eating. I recommend it.

The view from the breakfast room was amazing, and the hot breakfast was good, a great way to start each day. I had a very comfortable stay in a clean, comfortable room.
