The staff were professional and brought an extra pillow to my room right away when I asked. We were offered a king size bed at a reasonable price, and the rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was complimentary, with several good options. We were so pleased with our one night stay on the way to see the leaves change at algonquin park that we returned for another night on the way home. Highly recommend.

The staff were really nice and helpful. When our toilet gave us trouble, a gentleman came right over to help, smiling. The room had fresh paint and mirrors, but the beds were awful, creaking loudly enough to wake people if anyone moved. We slept badly both nights. The hot breakfast was just toast, a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, cereal, apples, and yogurt. It was hard to find at first because we drove past, expecting something more like a hotel, but it’s really a motel. The service is the reason this review has more than one star.

Our hockey team rented rooms for the tournament, and they put up a lovely welcome sign and left little gift bags in every room. The service was fantastic and they really went out of their way for us. The rooms are older, but the rink was super convenient to get to.

The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, helping with directions, restaurant suggestions, and transportation. Check-in was quick, and the lobby, hallways, and other areas were spotless and thoughtfully designed. My room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with fresh soft linens, a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud, complimentary water, quality toiletries, and a great coffee setup. The sunset view from the window was breathtaking, a lovely place to unwind after a long day. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty options, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was just as impressive as the service. The location was close to the main attractions but quiet enough to relax, so it felt like the best of both worlds. From the warm, professional greeting when I arrived to the smooth stay overall, everything was perfect. I’m looking forward to coming back and would recommend it without hesitation.
