The water views and small town atmosphere made this a cozy, welcoming getaway. We could relax by the water and watch the boats go by, and the scenery was beautiful. Manager Scott was a highlight: accommodating, funny, and full of useful information about what's happening in Bobcaygeon. For a peaceful waterfront stay with lovely scenery and great service, I highly recommend The Rockland Hotel in Bobcaygeon, Ontario.

Scott was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for two weeks and will be back. The room was clean and had a full kitchen, with everything we needed for a longer stay.

The manager, scott, was amazing and knew a lot about the area and its history. The motel was very clean and in a fantastic location. Thanks to new Rockland for a great stay, I'll definitely come back.

The owner was really nice and accommodating, and we were happy enough with our stay. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The place is a little older, though, and the room needed a deep clean. There were huge dust bunnies behind the nightstand, the bathroom fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the room and even the towels smelled of stale smoke. For what we paid, we expected something a little fancier. Bobcaygeon is a beautiful little town, and the people were very friendly and welcoming.

This was our second time at the New Rockland, several years after our first stay. The room was very clean and nicely set up, and the whole property showed pride of ownership. Bobcaygeon is a fun small town on the Trent-Severn waterway, and the motel is ideally located for waterway views and a short walk to food and drinks. It's the best place for a night or two in Bobcaygeon. See you again. Chris and Rob, Sudbury Ontario.
