Travel problems left us needing a night in Kelowna, without our luggage and after a couple of hotels had no vacancies. We lucked out by booking a room at this Holiday Inn Express. Mide at the front desk was very pleasant, cared about our situation, and gave us some much-needed toiletries. The room was very clean. The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were again greeted by friendly, courteous staff. Five stars to everyone here for a great stay all around.

Breakfast was good, with a great range of fresh options each morning, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short walk from restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay, and our room was spotless.

Julia checked me in while Vera looked up late-night food options nearby. Since places were closing, they had a nice takeout option sorted out before I even got my room keys. Both were helpful and accommodating at the front desk. The room was very comfy, with good beds and pillow options. Thanks, HIE Kelowna!

Julia is always smiling and gives exemplary service every time. The front counter staff are great, and it's a wonderful hotel in Kelowna. Highly recommend for a quick visit or a longer stay.

The lobby staff were polite, helpful, and great, and the location worked well, close to restaurants and Timmies. We stayed for 9 nights, and the rooms were cleaned almost every day at our request. The standard breakfast was perfectly acceptable, and the elevator was really fast. A balcony would have been nice, but it wasn't a big deal. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we think the king mattress was at the end of its life. The whirl pool was nice, though the pool was very cold, maybe they turn off the heat in summer. All in all, a good stay. Thank you, Holiday Inn.
