After a long day of driving, Sid's warm, friendly welcome at check-in was just the boost I needed. He's a great front desk manager and a pleasure to deal with. My room in the tower was fresh and clean, with an excellent view. The sheets and bathroom were spotless, with no hairs, stains, or anything left by previous guests. I know renovations are underway, but I'd definitely recommend staying a night. :)

Sid, the front office manager, made check-in feel personal. He greeted me warmly, and we chatted briefly about the area. I was there for work in early February 2026, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. My tower-side room was modern and very clean, with a great south-facing view toward Orchard Park mall. The location worked really well: McDonald's was across the parking lot for morning coffee, and I tried the Asian restaurant next door on my first evening. There are plenty of amenities close by, and the hotel had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay again in Kelowna. Thanks to Sid and the team for a really enjoyable visit.

We got to Kelowna very early for a work trip, but Sid and Yash had a room ready for us almost right away. They went out of their way to make sure my partner and I had what we needed. Such a good hotel experience. This will be our first choice when we're back. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

Even with renovations going on, my room was quiet and I slept well. The hotel was clean and close to lots of attractions. Sid, the manager, was friendly, knew his stuff, and let us check in early. He made us feel valued. Thanks for the great service, Sid.

The lobby has a bright, modern feel now, and the updated rooms look beautiful and feel comfortable. The bathrooms could still use some work, though I expect they'll be improved. I also saw that the atrium pool was nearly finished, so I'm looking forward to trying it next time. I've stayed at the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for years, and the staff are a big part of why I keep coming back. Sid at the front desk was smart, funny, and easy to talk to, which made my visit more enjoyable. I'm looking forward to returning when the new facilities are fully open.
