Donna made my weekend feel relaxing from the minute I arrived. She was warm and welcoming, found me a quiet room, and checked that I had what I needed. The rooms and breakfast were in line with the price, and the hotel sits conveniently between Marysville and downtown kimberly, about five minutes from either. I'd recommend it as an affordable, family-friendly place to stay. Thanks again, Donna!

We checked in at night and Donna made us feel welcome right away. She was up early the next morning making hot breakfast, too. She's a wonderful person, and we had a great time.

Mike greeted us warmly when we arrived, and Donna was lovely to meet in person. Booking online took some patience on her part, since we're not very good with technology, and she handled it so kindly. They were both terrific staff.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with hot food, and the woman running the room was so welcoming that we felt at home. The room had an old ski resort feel and was pretty soundproof. The bed seemed a bit old, but we slept well. The hotel looked freshly updated in places and was clean and well lit. We'd read Google reviews about check-in problems and an empty desk, so we were wary about booking. A friendly woman was there when we arrived and made check-in easy, though nobody was at the desk for the rest of the night. It's not in central Kimberley, but it's a good budget option in the area and we'd stay again.
