Maple Leaf Inn & Suites

I was really impressed by this motel. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was quiet with well-kept grounds. Cozy and affordable. Definitely recommend 😊

Our hockey team stayed at the Maple Leaf Inn for a tournament, and we’d stay again. The renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s good value, in a quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants and a grocery store.

I’m writing for a friend who has been in the area for work training for the past few weeks and had stayed here before. He made a reservation, but when he arrived to check in, staff told him they’d given his room to a random person with the same first name. They said only one room remained and it cost a lot more per night. After going back and forth with staff, including management, they refused to offer that more expensive room at the rate he’d booked. This was their mistake, not his, and they should have corrected it by honoring the promised price for the other room. The poor judgment and lack of customer service are appalling. Heaven forbid you have a common first name and they fail to check ID properly, then give your room away to someone else. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They’ve lost a repeat customer and all his colleagues who work and train in the area.

We spent two nights at the Maple Leaf Inn, and the rooms were excellent, super clean, and refreshed each day with towels and bedding. We met the owners, who were wonderful, friendly, and gracious people. The location is convenient, close to downtown and everything Kincardine has to offer. Trust me, it’s a great value and the place I’d choose to stay. I’ll be back soon!
