We had a very pleasant first visit on January 18. The breakfast was simple rather than extravagant, but it was adequate and well organized despite how full the hotel was that morning. My husband and I also enjoyed having a jacuzzi room for our own hot tub. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained, and the staff stayed friendly, professional, and helpful while things were clearly busy. They promptly brought the extra towels and bedsheet I asked for. I’d gladly stay again.

The pool and delicious breakfast were highlights for my family, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They handled a room switch quickly and let us keep the same room when we extended our stay. Everything felt flexible and well taken care of, and all the amenities were great. We had an amazing stay at the Best Western. Highly recommend it for a welcoming, enjoyable visit.

I found adult and baby bed bugs on me after waking up, then spotted several more. I took photos and caught a few in a cup to show the front desk. A staff member came to my room and saw bugs crawling on the bed, but the hotel still denied any activity. They said they needed a pest control inspection before discussing compensation. Two days later they called to say there were no bugs. I don’t know whether the room wasn’t properly inspected or someone was sent in right away to clean so they could deny responsibility. From about 11:45 pm until 1:30 am, I was trying to get my things cleaned and inspected and get moved to another room. They told me to see the manager in the morning, but then I was told the manager wouldn’t be coming in and was too sick to talk on the phone. They offered not to charge me for the stay, which goes without saying, plus $7 in Best Western points. The handling of this was awful, and so was the cleaning team’s work. Find another hotel or stay in a neighboring city and save yourself the trouble and disgust. If they take no further action, I’ll leave another review with Global News. I have photos of bugs in the cup and on the bed, adults and babies.

The location was really quiet, the beds were comfy, and the hot breakfast was great, with different things each day. The staff were friendly, and everything seemed clean, including the rooms and pool. Fantastic hotel, I’d definitely recommend it. Well done!

I had a business trip stay at the Best Western in Kindersley and wanted to share how it went. They gave me a spacious room with a full kitchenette, and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly and focused on service. I needed to make a last-minute booking change, and they sorted it out while being very accommodating. The front desk team was cheerful and attentive. Keep up the great work!
