Maison Victoria

Alain gave us a warm welcome, and the bedding was extremely fine. Everything was impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the elevated terrace overlooking the river. Maison Victoria was peaceful, in a picturesque setting. The bright loft was beautifully decorated and had all the features for convenience and modern comfort.

I was driving from Montreal and expected to arrive around 9 pm, but an unexpected road situation outside my control delayed me until about 11. Before 10, I called the property to explain and let them know I'd be checking in late. A man and a woman answered at the same time on separate devices. While I was explaining things to the man, who had started the conversation, the woman suddenly began yelling at me. She said I would have to find my room and enter quietly when I arrived because I was late and they wanted to sleep. The call was so rude, aggressive, and shocking that I was speechless. I canceled the reservation, never checked in at maison voctoria, and found another hotel. I had trusted the reviews, but it was a very bad experience.

A super cute, cozy place in a beautiful location, and breakfast was really good, like your grandma made it. I took off a point because there was no fan or AC, so the room got a little hot and humid.

The hosts were amazing, the view from the room was beautiful, and breakfast was amazing too. Cute B&B. My only complaint is that there was no AC or fan in the room.
