The staff were unfriendly, there were bugs, and the chalets were disgusting, nothing like the photos.

So peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful atmosphere. The leaves were breathtaking, and the mountain was a masterpiece.

It doesn't look as good in person.

For what it costs, this place isn't worth it. There's no drinking water, the service is terrible, and I had to keep chasing the staff. The chalet wasn't clean, the sofa sheets were dirty, and the windows were filthy. My legs got bitten during the night. They said it wasn't from the sheets, then laughed and said that's the countryside. I absolutely don't recommend this chalet.
