I had to check out a day early and gave two days’ notice, and was told I’d get a refund. The host said she couldn’t process it until the manager was in the next day. A week later I called because nothing had come through, and the same host confirmed it had been refunded. Three weeks on, there’s still nothing. If your plans might change, this isn’t a good option. Essentially, they stole a night’s stay. Probably best to avoid the place. Pay 10$ more for a nicer room and better service.

The shower had very low water pressure, and the air conditioner was LOUD. Aside from those two things, the room was very clean and had all the basics. The front desk staff were kind, and we didn’t run into any of the deposit problems other reviewers mentioned. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a small-town motel, and I mean that in a good way.

We DJ'd a party until 1am and called earlier that day to ask about rooms. They said they don’t usually do late-night check-ins, but the girl at the front counter checked with the owner, who agreed someone would be there to give us our keys. The room was clean and comfortable, and we slept great. Checkout service was very friendly too. Thanks again! :)

We were really disappointed and will never stay there again. The room was dirty, with blood on the wall in the main area by the entrance, bugs throughout, and dirty sheets and blankets when we pulled back the covers. One of the top bed covers had white stains on it. A week later, extra charges appeared on my card on top of the original fees. They said our dogs had left fur on a chair and under the bed, even though the bed had a wooden base. They also claimed cleaning and vacuuming the fur took five hours. I’d discourage anyone from staying here.
