Melanie gave us the same lovely welcome as always, and the friendly service from her and the team really stood out. Suzanne and her crew at Otis Nature are doing wonderful things. Another incredible stay this year. Thanks for making room for my friends and family. We’re already looking forward to snowmobiling in the region again and enjoying Otis Nature’s hospitality :)

The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, and the location is splendid. This was the third night of our guided snowmobile trip with Bonvoyage Snow Adventures. The accommodations are a little rustic, but the friendly people and how convenient it is for snowmobiling more than make up for that.

The trails were lovely, and a few people were good, especially Gabriel and two other ladies. But on most mornings and at supper, we waited more than an hour for food. At breakfast nobody came back to top up our coffee, and staff often seemed to forget we were there. The portions were also really small for what we paid. We thought maybe it was just busy or Otis was short-staffed. Too bad, since most of our friends snowmobile, and it’s hard to tell them the place was good. I hope the issues get sorted out!

After a day on the snowmobile trails, the rooms and cabins are a nice place to wind down. Getting onto the trails is a piece of cake, and both the food and service were good.
