The bed and pillows felt very luxurious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I stayed in a well-furnished King Suite, and the food and drinks in the restaurant and lounge were very good. It’s attached to the Grand Hotel, so getting to it from the airport is easy. Good value, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is good, and the stay was not bad overall. The hot water seemed to be out when I first checked in, though it appeared to be fixed the next day. I think the temperature could still be raised a few degrees for the nice hot shower people want after a long flight. The tub and shower combo is a little dated, and the beds were annoying because they didn’t have fitted sheets, at least in my room. Wallpaper was peeling in one corner, and the appliances could use an update. I had one of those turn-dial microwaves. Not a bad place, but definitely not a luxury hotel, especially at $200 a night.

The room was very clean and modern, with a beautiful view of the airport. Front desk staff were polite, friendly, and great. I’d absolutely keep this hotel in mind if I connect through Winnipeg again. 10/10, would recommend.

The room was dirty, and I have photos to show it. For what we paid, I expected it to be spotless. I wouldn't stay here again. Now there's also a $50 charge on my card that I have to spend time calling about. That brings the total to $483, which feels outrageous for this experience.

The room was comfortable and a good size, though you can hear some aircraft noise. I had trouble getting the front desk to pick up on two separate occasions. Once I went down, two clerks were chatting and there weren't any guests around. They also gave me wrong information about shopping.
