Those docks and all the places to sit outside are what make this stay special. We had two docks with loungers, kayaks, canoes, a paddleboat and a paddleboard, plus several table and seating spots, some under cover for a bit of rain. And yes, the lakefront setting looks just as beautiful as the photos. Inside, the space was roomy and well kept. The bathroom was lovely, with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. The sofa bed was about what you'd expect. The owners are a great couple who clearly want guests to enjoy the place they’ve made. We spent a couple of evenings chatting with them by the firepit. Their English is limited but worked fine, and we both used Google Translate when needed. They've been hosting for years, yet we were somehow their first guests from the U.S. American travelers, you’re missing out. We’d absolutely come back.
