The location really stood out, right by the exit and very convenient. Staff knew the area well and had suggestions for places to eat. Breakfast was good, and I thought the pancake machine was pretty cool. I didn’t use the gym or indoor pool, though both are offered. The owner was there during breakfast, walking around to check on everyone and introduce himself. That made a strong impression. What an amazing hotel. I’d highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

We were travelling with our large dog, and the team made us feel welcome. There’s a dedicated outdoor pet area with waste bags and a disposal station, much appreciated after a long, stressful day on the road. Our stay at Tru by Hilton in Gananoque was unexpected: our truck broke down on May 3, and the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff made a stressful situation easier. The hotel is beautiful and modern, having opened only recently in 2025. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well designed, with a fresh contemporary feel throughout. Breakfast each morning had an excellent selection, and the food was fresh and enjoyable. Without our vehicle, we were glad the hotel was about a 15-minute walk from Gananoque’s main town centre, so restaurants, shops and essentials were easy to reach while the truck was being repaired. Everyone, from front desk staff to management, treated us with genuine care and kindness. The owner and team deserve credit for such a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Thanks again to everyone at Tru by Hilton Gananoque for the help, professionalism and compassion. We truly appreciated it.

The complimentary breakfast was great, and the automatic pancake machine was a fun, impressive touch. Tru by Hilton was clean and comfortable, with very good facilities. We had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend! :)

The front desk staff were hospitable and knew local places to check out. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel is in a great area. It was quiet and modern, and the rooms were clean. We were really happy with our stay. The price wasn’t too high compared with other places nearby, pretty much on par.
