The porch was a lovely place to take in the view and chat in the evening. Rothesay House B and B is a stunning inn, and we had the most wonderful two days there. Lynn and George were perfect hosts. We highly recommend it, and thank them for everything.

The house was spotless and comfortable, full of interesting antiques and art, and the beds were excellent. We got the best sleep of our 11-day holiday. Lynn and George were excellent hosts in every way, and the food made with delicious local ingredients was excellent too. I highly recommend stopping in Harbor Grace, staying at remarkable Rothesay House, and visiting with George and Lynn if you want the best Newfoundland has to offer.

Lynn and George were gracious hosts, and lots of fun too. They took time to answer our questions, and we appreciated George’s extensive knowledge of history. The beautiful home was a unique B&B. Lynn’s breakfasts were scrumptious, with homemade jams and muffins, and I especially loved her homemade granola. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Lynn and George were excellent hosts with lots of knowledge about local history and places to visit. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Newfoundland.

We wished we’d known in advance how much we’d want to stay longer and enjoy the hosts’ wonderful hospitality. Rothesay House is a peaceful, beautiful inn, inviting and comfortable, with lovely maritime decor and exceptional food. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Lynn and George made us feel welcome, shared plenty of local history and suggested great places to visit. Next time for sure.
