Comfort Suites Regina

The hot tub was great, properly hot and deep enough to soak in. Our room was clean, modern, and good. There were lots of free breakfast choices in the morning. It was a hockey tournament weekend, so the place was packed and busy, but staff were quick to deal with noise complaints and other little issues.

We stay here several times a year for birthday celebrations and will keep coming back. The kids love the pool, and breakfast is always a hit. The facility is great, the rooms are consistently clean and tidy, and things work as they should.

Karrelle at the front desk made check-in so much easier for us. We were exhausted from working night shift, and she was incredibly helpful, with a great smile throughout. A 10 out of 10 experience. Our company will book here again.

We’re a family of five and stayed at Comfort Suites twice while driving between BC and Ontario and back. The rooms were spacious and spotless, everyone was kind and welcoming, and breakfast was tasty. When we booked through Expedia, our pet wasn’t on the reservation, but the hotel was accommodating on both stays. After we got back to BC, we realized my daughter had left her new favorite stuffed raccoon behind. My first call led me to a third-party service that wanted $100 to ship it, which frustrated me. I contacted the hotel directly, upset, and said not to bother. Then, a week later, the hotel surprised us by sending the raccoon back at no charge. My daughter cried happy tears when she got it. I’m so grateful for their kindness and great service. We’d stay again without hesitation.
