Unit 138-10 was huge, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it was very clean. Everything worked, though the furniture could have been newer. Ski-in access was a narrow, icy path, and for ski-out we had to walk down and back up the road with our skis for five minutes. Without that hassle, it would've been five stars.

We arrived at 10:50 pm and couldn't get in because the access code didn't work. The guest services employee was training, and she did a great job, but she couldn't send us a replacement code. It was a really cold night, we were exhausted from traveling, and we ended up sitting in our car for over an hour before the manager sent a new code. For such an expensive room, being locked out that long was a terrible experience. I asked the employee to have the manager call me the next day about what happened, but he never did. I'm very disappointed with how they treat customers and sincerely don't recommend the place.

We spent the Canada Day long weekend here with family and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful, and Mont Tremblant village is just a five-minute walk away. When the TV wouldn't connect to the internet, they sent a technician the next morning and got it working. I'd highly recommend staying here in Mont-Tremblant. I made a video of the hotel interior, but couldn't upload it here 😔
