You can walk to the resort, and there's also a shuttle for skiers and snowboarders. The team is super friendly, and there's a small kitchen available during the day. Great value, highly recommend.

Please don't book this place. My fiancée and I drove from Toronto and got there at 2am after seven hours on the road, but I had never received check-in instructions or a door code. I'd called repeatedly during the day and got no answer. I was already worried, but thought it would probably be fine since it seemed like a legitimate establishment. The front office was empty and the place looked abandoned. The snow hadn't been plowed, and there were no other cars in the lot. We called the emergency number posted on the front door several times, with no answer. By 2:30am in the middle of December, we were stranded with nowhere to go. Luckily, I'd booked through booking.com. Their customer service was great, cancelled the reservation right away, and I managed to find a motel for the night. Everything else in the area was fully booked. It ruined a weekend I'd planned for months and was incredibly stressful. I've stayed in all sorts of places, including Airbnbs and hotels, and this has never happened to me. If you've booked here, cancel now.

There was a pleasant surprise in the form of a nice continental breakfast, even though it wasn't listed in the reservation or room description. The Auberge was full but stayed very quiet, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. We were in room 102 on the first floor. Its sliding door faces the roadway, yet it was still quiet. Excellent stay.

We were very disappointed with this booking experience. Six months ahead, I booked four nights, then a few days later the manager contacted me to say the rate for those dates would go up. I thought that was unprofessional, but accepted the higher rate and rebooked another six months in advance. More than two months later, the property messaged to say they'd double-booked our room and wanted me to cancel. We'd already arranged the rest of our travel around those dates, so this caused a major disruption. The property manager ignored my replies. We eventually had to cancel to get our deposit back, and then reschedule the whole trip. I want others to know that they may change rates or cancel a stay without notice. The customer service was very poor, and moving the goal posts after a booking is unprofessional. Find lodging elsewhere.
