The room was clean and the staff were polite and responsive when we contacted them. But for $300 a night, the stay felt overpriced. We could hear conversations and laughter from neighboring rooms, and footsteps from upstairs. The walls seemed to offer little sound insulation, and by 10 PM it was nearly impossible to sleep. There were no slippers in the room, and reception said none were available. Breakfast was included, but the limited choices were disappointing and poor quality. The noise and missing amenities made it hard to relax, despite the satisfactory cleanliness and service.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the public areas were well kept. Check-in felt smooth and welcoming thanks to the friendly, helpful front desk staff. I’d highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we made requests. The room was tidy, though a little dark, and the stay was okay overall. Breakfast was the usual complimentary 6-10am spread, with a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt, which wasn’t pictured.

The rooms are consistently quiet, clean, and dark, and the front desk attendants are friendly and welcoming. I usually stay here when I’m in Lethbridge for work. The included breakfast isn’t the best, but it’s nice to have coffee and a little something without going anywhere.

I called this morning to ask about a Wednesday and Thursday in March and was quoted $649 plus taxes per night. Who do they think they’re kidding with a rate like that? This is the Fairfield Marriott in Lethbridge, not the Ritz Paris. I thought it had to be a mistake, but Trivago showed $925 a night. As a loyal Marriott Gold member, I’m absolutely sickened and bewildered. This feels like disgusting exploitation of members and the public. Marriott should be ashamed.
