One of our best stops on our BC road trip. Reynolds Hotel had lots of character, a mountain view, a clean room and a comfortable bed, with coffee supplies and a fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely home-cooked meal in the hotel. Lillooet is a great place to explore, especially the canyon area. We highly recommend staying here.

For a one-night stay, it was good enough, and probably the best option in the area, all things considered. The place has a retro feel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers seemed to have been refurbished.

We stopped here for a night on our road trip. The room was large and comfortable, though basic. We had a nice evening sitting outside at the hotel pub, and the pub food was decent.

The Reynolds hotel has convinced me to avoid places like this in future. Our room smelled bad, the water smelled too, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The coffee machine was too dirty to use, the lights flickered, there was constant background noise, and the drain was slow. All the services were closed for the day. Calling it a three-star hotel? Definitely not like a Best Western Plus.

The food was okay, but I probably wouldn't go back unless we were really desperate. The poutine had so much gravy it was more like soup. The waitress kept pushing drinks and asked the same people about them around five times in the 25 minutes we were there. The beef burger looked like brains, just raw ground meat with no seasoning or handling, straight from the package to the frying pan.
